An independent gallery needed to fill openings and sell editions to an audience beyond its city.

The Challenge
Hues relied on word of mouth and a thin mailing list, leaving attendance unpredictable and editions slow to sell.
They had rich stories about their artists but no consistent way to tell them.

We built an editorial engine — artist features, studio visits, and behind-the-scenes pieces — and amplified the best of it with tightly targeted paid media.
Every story routed to a single, well-designed page built to convert curiosity into RSVPs and purchases.

The Results
Opening-night attendance rose 3x across the first season of the program.
Online edition sales now account for 45% of gallery revenue, up from under 10%.
