Questions
hello@fathom.studio
01
We only ask for what we genuinely need. When you reach out through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the details you choose to share about your project. If you email or call us directly, we keep that correspondence so we can pick up the conversation where it left off.
We also collect a small amount of anonymous usage data — pages visited, rough location, device type — so we can understand how the site is used and make it better.
02
Your information is used to respond to enquiries, scope potential work, and stay in touch about projects we are discussing. We do not sell your data, and we never share it for advertising. It stays between you and the people at Fathom who need it to do good work.
03
We use a lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics setup to measure traffic in aggregate. These cookies do not identify you personally, and you can decline them at any time through your browser settings without losing access to anything on the site.
04
A few trusted services help us operate — email, form handling, and hosting. Each only receives the minimum information required to do its job, and each is bound by its own privacy commitments. We review these partners regularly to make sure they meet the standard we hold ourselves to.
05
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it entirely. Reach out and we will action it promptly — usually within a few working days, and always within the timeframes the law requires.
06
We keep enquiry and project information only for as long as it is useful. Active conversations stay on file while we work together; everything else is cleared on a regular cycle once it is no longer needed.
07
Questions about how we handle your data are always welcome. Email hello@fathom.studio and a real person will get back to you — no ticket numbers, no runaround.
